of Voice over IP providing state of the art technology and support. Furthermore,
the AudioLAN software is a must for ATC simulations, another field in which
NeoSYS has extensive expertise.
The
AudioLAN project managed by the Research
& Development unit, Eurocontrol Experimental Centre, has pioneered
in the area of Internet Telephony: The software allows operators to speak
to each other via an IP network (Intranet, Internet, IP on ATM...), instead
of using classical PSTN phones. The product is especially adapted to ATC simulation
environment.
The AudioLAN system is under commercial license agreement between Eurocontrol
Experimental Centre and NeoSYS. Moreover, NeoSYS is directly
involved from day one in the product since its consultants have participated
to the software development, setup a support offer and achieved
an add-on tool to prepare the
AudioLAN system.
